Man shot in leg in N Portland - KPTV - FOX 12

One man was shot in the leg in north Portland Friday afternoon.
It happened at 1:15 p.m. on North Seneca Street near St. Louis Avenue.
Police said the victim knows the shooter and there was some sort of dispute prior to the shooting.
While investigating, police said a man returned to the scene who they believe was involved in the situation.
That person was detained, but no arrests have been made yet.
Detectives are continuing to investigate.
The man who was shot was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
