PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

A man with a gun robbed the Old Market Pub and stole an employee's car early Sunday morning.

It happened just before 1:30 a.m. when two employees were leaving the pub after closing.

As the two employees walked to a car in the parking lot, police said a man with a gun ran out of some nearby bushes.

The suspect then forced the employees into one of their cars and they drove to the front of the pub. The robber forced them inside and took money from the bar before driving off in the employee's car, according to investigators.

The suspect is described as an unknown age white male, 5'9" tall, 160 pounds, with a brown goatee, white mask, white shirt, blue jeans, black hat and athletic shoes.

The victim's vehicle is a silver 2005 Ford Focus four-door, bearing Oregon license plate 091BMA. The vehicle is described as having missing hubcaps and a damaged front grill.

Anyone who sees the stolen car is asked not to approach it but to immediately call 911.
