BAKER COUNTY, OR (KPTV) -
A man on a motorcycle was killed on a remote section of Highway 26 Wednesday morning.

Police said Michael Bartlett, 35, of Bremerton, WA was on a BMW motorcycle heading east near milepost 215 with a group of other motorcycle riders.
He lost control on a sweeping curve, left the roadway onto the gravel shoulder and tumbled off his motorcycle.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man was wearing a protective helmet, according to troopers.
