PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
A grass fire broke out Friday afternoon directly across from Oaks Park.
Firefighters responded to the scene at about 2:15 p.m.
The fire burned an area 300 feet by 30 feet.
The Springwater Trail Corridor was briefly closed for about 15 minutes while crews put out the fire.
No buildings were threatened by the fire.
The cause is not yet known.
