COQUILLE, OR (AP) -
Coos Bay authorities are looking for an assailant after a 55-year-old man was found dead on a driveway.
Coos County District Attorney R. Paul Frasier says authorities have launched a homicide investigation.
He says Randall Leroy Harless was found with severe injuries Saturday night and transported to a local hospital, where he died.
Frasier says an exact cause of death will be known after an autopsy is performed.
Frasier says police are looking for a male about 5 feet, 10 inches tall weighing between 180 and 200 pounds who was seen near where Harless was found.
No additional information was available Sunday.
