Police suspect members of an organized theft ring have been hitting a beauty products store in Vancouver.
Ulta on Southeast Mill Plain Boulevard has been victimized by thieves four times in just the last week.
Investigators said many times members of theft rings will sell stolen items online. But now, they're simply returning them for cash or store credit vouchers.
Last Thursday, workers at Ulta called police when they said someone tried to return a lot of stolen products.
Employees said the target seems to be skin care products that cost at least $100.
Vancouver police have detained two people who may be involved in the ring.
Police said they are from Las Vegas and it's not clear why they were in Washington.
