Firefighters knock down wildland fire near Oaks Park

PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Portland Fire and Rescue responded to call about a grass Tuesday night.

The call came in around 7 p.m. with reports of a grass fire near Oaks Park Amusement Park.

Several units responded to help knock down the fire.

It took firefighters about 20 minutes to get the half acre fire under control and knock it down.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
