PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
The Blazers have added another member to the new-look coaching staff.
The team announced Dale Osbourne has joined the staff of head coach Terry Stotts.
Osbourne was previously head coach of the Tulsa 66ers, the NBA Developmental League affiliate of the Oklahoma City Thunder.
USA Basketball also selected him as an assistant coach for the 2011 Pan American Games, where the U.S. medaled for the first time since 1999.
Osbourne joins Kaleb Canales, Jay Triano, David Vanterpool and Kim Hughes on the Portland coaching staff.
The Trail Blazers start training camp on Oct. 2. The season opener is Oct. 31 against the Los Angeles Lakers at the Rose Garden.
