EUGENE, OR (KPTV) -
The man at the center of an Amber Alert in Oregon, has been arrested.
Eugene Police said 47-year-old Angelo Muniz and the child he took, were found in Arcata, CA, by the California Highway Patrol.
Police said the 1-year-old child was found safe.
On Saturday, Oregon State Police issued an Amber Alert after they said the child was taken Friday by her non-custodial father during a supervised visit in the Eugene area.
Muniz is in custody for custodial interference in the first degree.
Police also recovered the pickup Muniz was driving.
