BANDON, OR (KPTV) -
The Coos County district attorney says a second man has died from injuries suffered in a shooting on U.S. 101 north of Bandon.
The Oregon State Police released a statement late Monday that Milton Chester Leach has died at a Portland hospital after the shooting Sunday night.
County District Attorney R. Paul Frasier says he planned to file aggravated murder charges Tuesday against Timothy Allen Henson in the deaths of Leach and the first man who died in the shooting, George Micheaux III.
Investigators believe the two victims were in a car with Micheaux' wife Ruth and her daughter Vallena Ruth Tuell at the time of the shooting. They allege Henson shot the men and abducted his wife, Tuell, and her mother.
Frasier says Leach was Ruth Micheaux' first husband.
