MCMINNVILLE, OR (KPTV) -
Animal lovers will get the chance to update their style while helping out a good cause in Yamhill County next week.
The 50 States Tour will be making a stop at Shears Salon in McMinnville on Monday, Sept. 10. Stylists will be on hand to trim and style hair for a suggested donation of $20, benefiting Yamhill County Dog Control. The money will go to care for homeless animals waiting to be adopted from the animal shelter.
The 50 States Tour raised $47,000 last year for shelters around the country. Organizers are hoping to surpass that amount at events this year. You can make an appointment by calling Shears Salon.
