Firefighters put out three-alarm fire in Scotts Mills

SCOTTS MILLS, OR (KPTV) -

A three-alarm fire spread from a house to nearby vegetation on Wildcat Road in the Scotts Mills area of Marion County.

Silverton firefighters said the house was fully involved in flames when they first arrived at 9412 S. Wildcat Rd. on Friday morning.

Several fire engines and water tenders responded, and the Silverton Fire Department was one of a number of fire agencies battling the blaze.

No injuries were reported, but FOX 12's helicopter showed significant damage to the home.
