30,000 extra drivers expected for university football games

EUGENE, OR (KPTV) -

Thousands of football fans are expected to hit the road for games at Oregon and Oregon State on Saturday.

Oregon State police expect an extra 30,000 drivers on Interstate 5 and the roads leading into Eugene and Corvallis.

Saturday marks the first time this season that both the Ducks and the Beavers have home games on the same day.

Troopers suggest that drivers leave early and plan for delays.
