PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
Portland police are asking for the public's help in tracking down a man who may pose a threat to his own safety.
Kevin Brock, 23, was last known to be at his home in the 7000 block of Southeast Nehalem Street Monday afternoon.
Family members contacted police, concerned that he seemed quite upset.
He is a white man, 6'2" tall and 170 pounds with short brown hair and brown eyes.
He usually has a mustache, but may no longer have a goatee as shown in his photo.
He is likely on foot, but may be riding a bike.
