BEAVERTON, OR (KPTV) -
America's Most Wanted is trying to help track down a local attempted murder suspect.
The crew from the TV show was in town last month filming an episode about Mauricio Beltran-Trejo, 35.
Police said he broke into his ex-girlfriend's Beaverton apartment in April, choked her unconscious and sexually assaulted her.
A few months later, the victim called police to report Beltran-Trejo was following her in Hillsboro.
Officers were not able to track down the small, blue truck described by the woman.
The America's Most Wanted episode featuring this case will be on Lifetime at 9 p.m. Friday.
The Beaverton Police Department is asking for any information that can help officers track down Beltran-Trejo.
