Think you've got the culinary chops to present a dish to chef Gordon Ramsay?
Fox 12's MasterChef is hosting an open call for contestants in Portland on Nov. 10.
The time and location have not yet been announced. You can, however, preregister for the casting call online.
You will be required to bring one prepared dish to serve to the judges.
You will have a few minutes to plate your dish at the casting location, but there won't be a kitchen to cook in or even a place to warm up your dish.
