FOREST GROVE, OR (KPTV) -
A Forest Grove man was arraigned on 14 counts of criminal mistreatment in relation to financial dealings with two deceased relatives.
Robert Browning was lodged at the Washington County Jail on Sept. 14, 2012.
Browning's arrest was the result of a secret indictment warrant following a Washington County Grand Jury proceeding earlier this week.
The most recent indictments cap a two-year investigation by the Forest Grove Police Department into Browning's financial relations with his mother and mother-in-law. Both victims are deceased.
The indictments were the result of additional information that investigators developed during the investigation, which initially led to Browning's arrest back in September, 2011.
