PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
Portland police are trying to track down a man who robbed a Lottery business using a gun in northeast Portland.
On Tuesday, Sept. 18, officers got a report of an armed robbery at Lotos Deli and Lottery on Northeast 82nd Avenue at about 8:40 p.m.
The victim told police a man came into the business and displayed a handgun as he demanded money.
Officers say the man obtained an undisclosed amount of money then ran northbound on 82nd Avenue.
Police officers and a K-9 unit searched the area but could not find the man.
The suspect is described as a white man, between the ages of 30 and 45 years old, 5'8" tall, with a slim build. Investigators say the man has short hair and was wearing a gray hat, red plaid shirt and jeans at the time of the robbery.
Crime Stoppers is offering a reward up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest in this case.
