PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
A car pulled up to a man on a bike in northeast Portland and fired several shots Friday.
Police said it happened at 4:20 p.m. at N.E. 15th and Jarrett Street, about four blocks from Alberta Park. Police said the man on the bike was not hit.
He ran off before returning to get his bike. The suspect drove away.
The Gang Enforcement Team was called out to investigate and Northeast 15th Avenue was closed between Killingsworth and Ainsworth streets.
