ENTERPRISE, OR (KPTV) -
A driver is in critical condition after a crash on Highway 3 north of Enterprise.
It happened at around 4:30 p.m. Monday near milepost 6. Oregon State Police said Luther Arquette, 41, of Enterprise, was driving southbound when he went onto the shoulder, overcorrected across the highway and drove into a ditch.
The car rolled and Arquette was thrown from the vehicle.
Troopers said he was not wearing a seatbelt. It's not yet known why he went onto the shoulder.
Arquette was flown to Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla.
One lane of Highway 3 was closed while investigators were at the scene.
