PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
A United Welding flatbed truck flipped over at Southwest Scholls Ferry Road and Southwest Scholls Sherwood Road, backing up traffic at 10 this morning.
The truck was hauling several welding gas cylinders, but none of them ruptured.
Washington County deputies said the driver went off the road, into the shoulder and overcorrected while trying to get back onto the road.
Investigators said the driver may have been distracted, but they have not said yet what may have distracted him.
Deputies said that alcohol and drugs don't appear to be a factor in the crash.
