National Guard facility dedicated to former OR governor

PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

The Oregon National Guard dedicated a Salem facility in honor of former Oregon Gov. Ted Kulongoski on Monday.

The Salem Army Aviation Support facility is home to Charlie Co., 7-158 Aviation, which performs search and rescue medical evacuations.

Kulongoski, a former Marine, has long been a supporter of the Oregon National Guard.
