ALOHA, OR (KPTV) -

The man shot and killed in Aloha on Tuesday night has been identified by authorities.

Deputies said Forest Alig, 24, was hit once and pronounced dead at the scene at Southwest 183rd and Rosa Road around 8 p.m.

Deputies haven't identified a 41-year-old man who was also involved in the incident.

Investigators said the details of how the two men came together that night are still not clear. What they do know is that the 41-year-old man retrieved a gun and shot at least once toward Alig.

Details are being withheld, according to deputies, until investigators finish collecting and analyzing evidence and complete interviews with people connected to the case.
