GRESHAM, OR (KPTV) -
Fire investigators are working to determine the cause of a fire that tore through a Gresham home on Tuesday night.
The fire started at around 9:20 p.m. at the house near the corner of NE 197th and NE Everett.
The homeowner says she and her family were just getting ready for bed when she saw the flames and rushed to get her family to safety. Luckily, she and her children were not injured.
Crews were able to extinguish the fire within twenty minutes. The woman thinks the fire might have started in a propane grill in the backyard.
