As investigators continue to determine what exactly caused the deadly accident of Angie Hernandez, family and friends gathered today on Thursday to say goodbye to someone who meant so much to them.

It was standing room only inside the Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church as hundreds of friends and family came to say goodbye to Hernandez.

Even though she was only 11 years old, family members said Angie touched so many lives.

"She was such a great spirit and honestly if you had to chance to even talk to her once you were the luckiest person in the world," said one of her friends at the memorial service.

Dozens shared their stories of the good times they had with Angie and how much she made an impact on them.

"I know that every teacher would agree with me that she is the kind of girl that you wanted in your class," said a former teacher.

Angie's family held back tears as they talked about the daughter they will never see again.

"My heart is broken and it's very low and I'm going to miss my daughter a lot and I want to say thank you to everyone," said Maria Hernandez Lara, Angie's mom.

Angie was killed on Saturday after police said she fell out of a window of a private bus in downtown Portland.

Angie was with her family celebrating her cousin's quincenera when somehow police said she fell out of the bus as it turned a corner in downtown.

"The evidence of Angie's love is in all of you and not me," said Henry Hernandez Lara, Angie's father.

Family and friends shared notes, messages and pictures of the person they loved so much, all of them trying to cope and understand why their friend is gone so soon.

"This tragedy has brought good and bad but mostly good. it's made us realize how close we are to each other how much we need of each other," said Angie's friend.

As many celebrated the life of Angie, the cause of her tragic death is still under investigation.
