The Klamath County Sheriff's Office arrested a business owner from Keno for rape.
Michael House was lodged at the Klamath County Jail on Oct. 4 after an investigation into a rape that was reported early that morning.
House was brought in for questioning after authorities executed a search warrant at his business on Highway 66 in Keno.
Investigators said a woman reported she was brutally raped after the business closed down.
They said she was treated at the hospital for injuries she received during the attack.
