VANCOUVER, WA (KPTV) -

An elderly woman was treated for smoke inhalation after a fire destroyed her mobile home Thursday evening.

The fire started at about 10 p.m. in the Great Western Mobile Home Park located at 16812 SE First St.

Firefighters initially were told a woman was trapped inside the mobile home. When they arrived, firefighters saw flames coming from the roof of the mobile home, and then they found the woman standing outside.

Witnesses reported hearing several loud explosions during the fire. Investigators said there were 10 oxygen bottles inside the home and some of them likely exploded during the fire.

The fire did not spread to any other buildings, but the flames did burn a few surrounding trees.

The woman's nephew told FOX 12 that she lost her two pet dogs in the fire.

Investigators have not yet determined a cause.
