Police looking for missing man with mental health issue

HILLSBORO, OR (KPTV) -

Hillsboro police are looking for a man who walked away from a residential care facility, and he may be in need of medication.

Thomas Olsen, 36, is described as delusional and has not been taking required medication for his mental condition.

Last seen on Oct. 1, Olsen is described as a white male, 5'10", weighing about 325 pounds. He has brown hair and was wearing a black leather jacket, black sweat pants, and a gray sweatshirt.

He has been known to often use public transportation and to frequent the waterfront park in Portland.
