Portland police precinct to reopen

PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

This week the Portland Police Bureau will reopen a precinct that had to shut its doors because of budget cuts.

Southeast precinct on East Burnside closed in 2009 and will reopen Thursday afternoon.

The community is invited to join in the reopening at 4:30 p.m.
