Portland police have arrested a man connected to a burglary and chase in southeast Portland.

Police responded to an alarm at Hollywood Lights in the 5200 block of Southeast McLoughlin Boulevard about 3:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Officers said two men jumped into a green Jeep Cherokee and drove away. Police caught up with the Jeep at Southeast 18th Avenue and Insley Street.

The car then crashed and the two suspects ran off. Police tracked down one of them who they said was injured in the crash.

Leslie Fent, 57, was taken to the hospital before being booked in the Multnomah County Jail.

Fent is charged with burglary and unrelated traffic warrants.

Police are still looking for the second suspect who is described as being in his 20s, 5'8" tall, 150 pounds and wearing dark clothing.

Police later found equipment from Hollywood Lights in the Jeep. Investigators also said the Jeep was stolen.
