VANCOUVER, WA (KPTV) -
Five teens are facing charges after police said they attacked a 7-Eleven worker in Vancouver.
Vancouver police responded to the store at 42nd and Andresen at 11 p.m. Wednesday night. Officers said the clerk was outside when a teen approached him and challenged him with gang-associated language.
The worker denied any gang affiliation and was wearing his 7-Eleven uniform at the time. Police said the clerk attempted to get back inside the store when he was jumped by several teens.
The victim sustained minor facial injuries.
Vancouver police arrested three adults and two juveniles in this case.
Rad Bossi, 19, is charged with assault. Tino Karuo, 18, Noimis Newo, 18, and two boys ages 15 and 16 are also facing charges in this case.
The Safe Streets Task Force gang unit is following up on the case.
