Clark County deputies are trying to track down a woman they consider a dangerous fugitive.

Deza Rae Hernandez is accused of attacking a woman on Sept. 18 at Ghims Village, 1304 N.E. 88th St., Vancouver.

Investigators said Hernandez was involved in an argument and a woman who wasn't part of it opened her door and asked them to stop.

Deputies said Hernandez then attacked that woman, forced her way into the victim's home and continued the attack.

Hernandez and the victim did not know each other.

Deputies said she took off with a man and flagged down a driver. They coaxed the driver out of his vehicle and then attacked him, according to deputies.

The man was hit numerous times in the head and face with brass knuckles and suffered a broken nose. Hernandez then attempted to steal the car, but police arrived and she ran away.

Investigators said she did steal the victim's cell phone, which was later recovered by a K-9 team.

The man with Hernandez was arrested at the scene.

Deputies said she is a transient. She is described as 5'1" tall and 145 pounds. She is 22 years old and has ties to the Surenos Mexican Gang.

Call 911 if you see her or know where she is.
