MOUNT BACHELOR, OR (KPTV) -
The first snow of the season fell in the mountains Tuesday.
Trace amounts hit Mt. Hood Meadows, Timberline Lodge and Mt. Bachelor. These photos show the snow falling at Bachelor Tuesday morning.
The temperatures in the mountains stayed right around freezing throughout the day and the snow stuck as low as the 5,000-foot elevations.
It did not, however, snow in the passes. That could change by the weekend, according to FOX 12 Chief Meteorologist Mark Nelsen.
