KLAMATH FALLS, OR (AP) -
Investigators think two bodies found on an abandoned ranch in Klamath County may be the remains of two men reported missing last week from the Bay Area of California.
The bodies have not been identified yet, but Klamath County Sheriff Tim Evinger said Friday the discovery of a burned-out truck two weeks ago on another ranch six miles away has led investigators to believe they may be the two missing men.
He says the family of a Richmond, Calif., man reported him overdue last week from a trip to Klamath County to see about buying a horse and some hay.
He was traveling with the owner of the 2012 Toyota Tundra found two weeks ago, burned so severely that the license plates were melted.
