SWAT team recovers stolen puppy - KPTV - FOX 12

The Vancouver SWAT team recovered a stolen purebred English bulldog Sunday morning after the owner received an anonymous tip.
After seeing a story about the stolen puppy on the news, the tipster called the dog's owner, Pat Steele, to report seeing the puppy in his apartment complex.
"I didn't know what to think," Steele said. "He said ‘I know who has him' and he gave me the name and address."
The tip lead officers to 4710 Plomondon St. in Vancouver where they arrested 23-year-old Jajuane Deshaen Etheridge for possession of stolen property.
Police are still investigating how the dog got to Vancouver.
The puppy, 9-week-old Harpo, was returned to his owners Sunday.
