GRESHAM, OR (KPTV) -
Dutch Bros. locations in Gresham and southeast Portland are holding an all-day fundraiser for the family of Whitney Heichel.
Fifty percent of drink sales will be donated to the Heichel family.
Customer Karen Lewis told FOX 12 she got up early Monday morning to stop by the Dutch Bros. on Eastman Parkway to show her support.
"I have daughters, granddaughters, and it just touched the whole community," Lewis said.
Dutch Bros. of SE Portland is owned by Joe Brown, who said he knew the family and wanted to try to help.
Dutch Bros. Gresham owner Curt Hugo said, "Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family as they try to recover from this unspeakable tragedy."
