Man out of jail after weekend shooting in SE Portland

PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

A man is back out of jail after a weekend shooting in Southeast Portland.

Police found Lloyd Frach III, 30, shot and killed near the corner of 82nd and Flavel in the Lents neighborhood around 1 a.m. Saturday.

Officers arrested J.C. Brister, 21, later Saturday on a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm.

Prosecutors have not charged Brister with killing Frach as of Monday morning.

Brister was released from the Multnomah County jail on Saturday after posting $2,500 bail.

Investigators have not released additional information about Frach's death.
