PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
A missing man found dead in his van in a parking lot near the Ross Island Bridge died in an accident related to a fall and contributing factors of a heart condition.
The Oregon State Medical Examiner released that determination Wednesday regarding Roger Frank, 57. No other details were provided.
Frank had a spinal cord injury and used a wheelchair and a specially customized van.
Police said he was found on Powell Boulevard Tuesday afternoon in the Hosford-Abernethy neighborhood. He had not been seen or heard from since Saturday and police asked for help tracking him down.
Investigators said there is no evidence of foul play.
Portland Community College said Frank worked as a counselor at the college for 25 years.
