SALEM, OR (KPTV) -
Three people were arrested in connection with a methamphetamine investigation in Salem.
The Yamhill County Interagency Narcotics Team called for the arrests after a short investigation into the occupants of a home at 280 23rd St. NE in Salem. Investigators suspected that both weapons and methamphetamine would be found inside, prompting the use of a SWAT team to serve a search warrant at the home. Once inside, police arrested Shane Rockwell, 44, on methamphetamine and weapons charges.
Also inside the house were Stacey Smith, 45, and Sheila Elgin, 41. They were both cited to appear in court for possession of methamphetamine.
