TriMet riders have 60 days left to exchange old 1-and-2 zone tickets before the transit service stops accepting them.
TriMet ended its zone system and moved to a "go-anywhere" fare system in September, but riders can upgrade their old tickets through Dec. 31, either on a bus or at the TriMet ticket office.
Dec. 31 is also the final deadline for trading in any unused tickets that do not feature a shiny foil strip. Those tickets can only be exchanged at the TriMet Ticket Office.
The ticket office is located at Pioneer Courthouse Square and is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
