One person killed in crash on Lombard Street

PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

One person was killed in a crash in northeast Portland Friday.

It happened at around 3:30 p.m. on Lombard Street near 36th Avenue. Police said two vehicles were involved in the crash and one person was killed.

No other details about the crash have been released at this time.

Northeast Lombard Street was closed in both directions from 33rd Avenue to 42nd Avenue and investigators expected it to remain closed until as late as 6:30 p.m. Friday.
