LONGVIEW, WA (KPTV) -
The body of a bridge worker who fell into the Columbia River has been found.
His body was discovered Saturday.
A boater discovered the body of 40-year-old Charles Wiley Junior about six miles downstream where he fell.
Wiley fell off the Longview-Rainier bridge Oct. 7. It's not clear why his safety equipment did not prevent the fall. Co-workers say Wiley was very safety conscious and experienced at bridge work.
