WEST LINN, OR (KPTV) -
A West Linn teenager was arrested after drugs and a semi-automatic pistol were seized from his home, according to police.
West Linn police had been investigating the 17-year-old boy since October. At 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, officers served a search warrant at a home on the 4300 block of Exeter Street. It is near Sunset Elementary School and Sunset Park.
Police said the home was occupied by four juveniles and a 22-year-old West Linn woman.
Officers seized a small quantity of marijuana packaged for distribution, scales, packaging materials and other items used for drug sales. They also found a stun gun and a semi-automatic pistol.
The 17-year-old suspect was taken to the Donald E. Long Juvenile Detention Home in Portland on charges of distribution of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Police said the suspect told them he traded drugs for the gun in Portland.
