Fritz re-elected as Portland city commissioner

PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

It was expected to be a tight race, but Fox 12 political analyst Tim Hibbitts has called the Portland City Council election for Amanda Fritz.

Early returns showed the current commissioner with 58 percent of the vote, holding off challenger State Rep. Mary Nolan.

In the May primary, Fritz edged out Nolan by just 1,500 votes.
