Deputies have identified the man they say slammed into a car and took off near Milwaukie and then did the same thing again a little later to the same car.
Investigators are asking for your help tracking down Jahi Rashid McKinney Brown, 22, last known to live in southeast Portland.
Deputies said Brown crashed into the rear end of a car at the intersection of Highway 224 and Southeast Johnson Road at 2 p.m. Oct. 31.
The victim's car was driven by Ciprian Gusetu, 35, of Milwaukie. His wife Corina Gusetu, 27, was also in the car. She is eight months pregnant.
Investigators said Brown stopped after the crash, picked up his license plate that had broken off and then got back into his car and drove off into oncoming traffic. The victim and a witness followed him.
Deputies said Brown tried to hide his car between other cars in a parking lot at 14000 SE Johnson Rd. The witness parked next to him and Ciprian Gusetu pulled his car behind Brown and took a photo of the suspect and his car with a cell phone camera.
Deputies said that's when Brown intentionally drove into the victim's car, went over a curb and through some landscaping to get away.
Nobody was hurt.
Brown is described as 5'9" tall and 150 pounds with brown eyes, black hair in a bushy afro haircut and large diamond-type earrings, according to deputies.
His car is a gold 2001 Chevrolet Malibu with Oregon license plates 567ETJ. It should have minor to moderate damage to the front bumper.
Brown is wanted on charges of hit-and-run, reckless endangering, reckless driving and criminal mischief.
