A drive-thru coffee shop in Tigard was robbed Wednesday night for the second time in as many weeks and police believe the two cases are connected.
The robberies happened at the Black Rock Coffee located at 15290 Southwest Pacific Highway.
Police said a man with a gun climbed through the drive-thru window around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The only employee who was inside the store was not injured.
Police said the suspect was a white man, about 5'8'' and was wearing dark clothing.
A similar robbery took place at the same store on Oct. 27.
In that case investigators said a man climbed into the drive-thru window, pulled a knife on the employee inside and demanded cash. The suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of money.
Police said that different employees were working in the store during each robbery.
If you have any information about the robberies, you're asked to call Tigard police.
