Portland police and Crime Stoppers are seeking tips regarding the whereabouts of a fugitive who failed to register as a sex offender.
Michael Duane Zook, 26, is wanted on a felony warrant. He's 5'9" and weighs 160 pounds.
Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to his arrest, and tipsters can remain anonymous.
