A man is on the run after police say he robbed a southwest Portland bank.
At about 2:15 p.m. Monday, police were alerted to a bank robbery at a Key Bank branch located at 3515 Southwest Troy St. Witnesses told police that a white male in his mid 20s implied he had a weapon and demanded money. After handing over the money, bank employees said the suspect walked out of the bank and headed east on southwest Capitol Highway.
Police are on the hunt for the suspect, described as a white male, 5'6" tall, 170 pounds, with dark curly hair and acne scars.
