The Oregon Sports Authority announced Monday that Portland will host the second and third rounds of the NCAA's Men's Basketball Championship at the Rose Garden on March 19 and 21, 2015.
This will be the third time in seven years that the Rose Garden will have played host to March Madness, making it the only arena in the nation to do so.
The successful bid for Portland to host games in 2015 was submitted by the University of Oregon, Oregon Sports Authority, Rose Quarter and Travel Portland. The same partnership previously brought March Madness to Portland earlier this year and in 2009.
Ticketing information has not yet been announced.
