BEND, OR (KPTV) -
A Bend taxi driver was unhurt after a man pulled a gun on him late Wednesday night.
Mark Dietrich picked up Robert Farnsworth from a downtown Bend bar and drove Farnsworth to his residence.
Once at the house Farnsworth did not have money to pay the fare, so he left his identification card with Dietrich as he went to get money.
When Farnsworth returned, he pointed a gun at Dietrich's face demanding his ID and threatening him.
Dietrich placed the ID on the windshield and was able to get away from Farnsworth without injury.
When police arrived they determined Farnsworth was inside him home, which he refused to leave.
After several warnings from officers, he came out and was arrested.
Police searched Farnsworth's home and found an air-soft pistol that is believed to be the weapon he used.
Farnsworth was booked at the Deschutes County Jail on robbery, menacing, theft of services, and a warrant for delivery of a controlled substance out of Teton County in Wyoming.
